If the stones you select are in our local stock, we can typically deliver them within 2 weeks. For special orders that need to be sourced and manufactured directly from the quarry, the process usually takes 8 to 10 weeks, including cutting, processing, and international shipping.

2. Where do your stones come from?

All of our natural stones are sourced directly from renowned quarries in Turkey and selected regions across Europe and Asia. Once the stone is selected, it is cut and processed at the quarry’s factory before being shipped to Australia.

3. What are your payment terms?

For special orders, our payment schedule is as follows:

• 40% deposit upon confirming the order.
• 60% balance is due once the shipment is on sea freight and documentation is confirmed.

4. Can I order custom sizes or finishes?

Yes. We offer custom sizes, finishes, and edge treatments depending on the stone type. Let us know your requirements during your quote request or consultation.

5. Do you provide samples?
