These Terms & Conditions govern all sales, services, and use of the website and offerings provided by Enfes (“we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order, submitting an inquiry, or using this website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Information & Natural Variation

• Our products are natural stones, and as such, variations in color, veining, texture, tone, and finish are inherent and expected.
• Samples and images are indicative only and may differ slightly from the actual stone delivered.

2. Pricing & Quotations

• All pricing is subject to change without prior notice due to quarry pricing, availability, freight costs, and market conditions.
• Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated and may be revised if specifications or quantities change.

3. Order Confirmation & Payment

• Orders are only considered confirmed upon receipt of the required 40% deposit.
• The remaining 60% balance is due once the goods are loaded for sea freight.
• Failure to complete payment on time may result in delayed shipping, storage fees, or order cancellation.

4. Lead Times & Delivery

• In-stock items are typically delivered within 2 weeks.
• Special orders or quarry-sourced products have an estimated lead time of 8–12 weeks, subject to quarry schedule, production capacity, and freight availability.
• We are not liable for delays caused by shipping disruptions, customs clearance, or third-party logistics.

5. Shipping & Risk Transfer

• All goods are sold on FOB (Free on Board) terms unless otherwise agreed.
• Risk and title transfer to the buyer once the goods are loaded onto the vessel.

6. Storage

• If delivery is postponed, storage can be arranged by the supplier for a limited time. Additional fees may apply depending on the duration.

7. Returns & Cancellations

• Due to the natural and custom nature of stone products, returns are not accepted once production has commenced.
• Order cancellations must be made in writing and may incur fees depending on the production status.

8. Liability

• Enfes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays, loss of business, or construction impacts due to product delivery or variations.
• Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the products supplied.

9. Use of Website

• All content, images, and information on this website are the intellectual property of Enfes and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
